Don't be so hard on yourself - 17 May 2023

Welcome, welcome, welcome, we are so delighted to be communicating with you on this fine day.

We want you to know that no matter what happens, you must accept what is happening and do not beat yourself up about it. You have done nothing wrong. The human part of you wants to figure it all out, beat yourself up, judge yourself and this tears you apart and makes you feel bad.

When this happens, we ask that you relax and breathe into this moment. Find something that makes you feel good. It could be reading a book, watching a film. going for a walk and if you are not sure, ask yourself "What would make me feel good right now?" and see what comes up for you.

When humans are hard on themselves, it is hard to let go and surrender. It is hard to stop thinking and feeling negative thoughts and vibrations so we simply say, just be. Stay in the moment, breathe and do something for yourself to make you feel better. This too, shall pass.
